These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Dokmai Store (dokmaistore.com) ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. We comply with Thailand's Royal Decree on the Operation of Digital Platform Services B.E. 2565 (2022) ("Royal Decree") and related laws.

1. Acceptance

You must be 18+ or have legal capacity. These Terms form a binding contract.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers create subdomains (e.g., yourstore.dokmaistore.com) for digital goods. You warrant that products are legal and non-infringing, descriptions are accurate, and all applicable laws are followed.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not: • Offer illegal goods or services under Thai law (e.g., firearms, unregulated digital assets). • Infringe intellectual property (e.g., counterfeit templates). • Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices. • Distribute malware, hacking tools, or privacy-violating items. • Promote hate, violence, or discrimination. • Provide child exploitation or abuse materials. • Sell regulated substances (e.g., drugs, tobacco, alcohol). • Offer gambling or sweepstakes. • Provide goods or services that violate third-party rights, laws, regulations, or contractual obligations. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or delete accounts or stores without notice or liability for violations.

5. Platform Rights

We provide the Platform "as is." We may monitor, modify, or discontinue services. There are no sales commissions. Sellers pay a yearly subscription and withdrawal fees apply when transferring earnings.

6. Intellectual Property

You grant us a license to host your content. Report infringements to support@dokmaistore.com.

7. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for user content, losses, or damages. Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 6 months. You indemnify us against claims arising from your activities.

8. Complaints

Submit complaints via support@dokmaistore.com. We handle requests in line with the Royal Decree.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Thai law; disputes are resolved in Thai courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
