When buyers deposit money, Dokmai Coin is topped up to their buyer account, which can be used to buy products from any store on the platform (for platform wallet). Sellers get paid when buyers purchase from their stores and can withdraw straight to their bank account or e-wallet at any time.

All users register one account. Sellers can create and manage stores; buyers use the same account to shop across all stores (single login for convenience).

Any legal digital goods: software, games, ebooks, courses, templates, fonts, images, audio, video, and more. Must comply with prohibited activities (e.g., no illegal goods, fraud, IP infringement, or items violating third-party terms).

Sellers withdraw earnings at any time (processed within 3 minutes on average) and can control their bank income fully.

Yes, fully—subdomains, themes (light/dark), colors, animations, banners, and more for a unique look.

After registering your store, your website is ready to use. Set up products and start selling—all done by yourself, no need to wait for admin or any approval.

Every seller gets a store referral code. Invite friends to register with your code and earn 10% reward from the plan they choose—the reward transfers automatically right after their friend pays for registration. If you register using a friend's referral code, you get 20% off the plan you choose.

Buyers use one account across stores, add to cart, pay via supported methods (platform or store wallet), and receive instant automated delivery/access.

Single account works for shopping in all stores—view history, balance, and orders in one dashboard.

Yes, stores have ratings, reviews, and feedback systems.

If the purchase is completed but no product is received, contact the store directly (every store has at least one contact method). For pending purchases or other issues, reach Dokmai Store support—we're available 24 hours and resolve problems within 24 hours.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. For digital goods, we follow seller policies and platform guidelines—especially for defective or undelivered items.

Use Dokmai Coin to buy from any store on Dokmai Store without recharging per store. It cannot be withdrawn to cash (unless you have a seller account).
